In 2018, I approached Eric to receive guidance on constructing a three-bedroom home in St. Thomas.  I was deeply impressed with Eric’s knowledge, enthusiasm and expertise in helping me achieve my dream home.  From my drafting of the building plans to the completion of my home, Eric’s professionalism and customer service were exceptional.  His advice and guidance on my drawings allowed me to make reasonable and affordable changes to the plan without sacrificing its quality and attractiveness.  I was also impressed with the speed of service, from the formulation of my building contract to the actual construction of the home.

 

Eric and his partner Susan held my hand in every aspect of the building process, offering advice and guidance on various features and aspects of the construction and even the furnishing process before and upon completion of the structure.  Any concern or need that I had, both Eric and Susan were ready and able to assist and they even accompanied me to make purchases on building finishes and fittings for my home.  During the entire process, Eric and Susan were always on the job – whether asking questions, visiting the site, offering advice, or ensuring that all aspects of the building process were done with the highest quality and efficiency. The level of attention to detail and customer needs was a major feature of their business and I appreciated all the work they provided from start to finish.  At the end, I had no complaints or headaches about the completed project and was completely satisfied with the fine workmanship, customer service, and strong business-customer bond we had developed.

 

Overall I would say my experience with Eric and Susan was indeed satisfying and invaluable. I would encourage anyone who is seeking to construct a new home (even those without a clue about building or construction) to give these individuals the opportunity to create not only your dream home but also the opportunity to construct great memories of a painless and rewarding building experience.
