I first met Mr. Clarke early 2019 and discussed with him my interest in a property being sold by the Company. Part of my challenge was that having gone through the process of building a house before, I was quite cautious about contractors and various agents in the Real Estate Sector. Mr. Clarke’s professionalism, knowledge and advice though allowed me to take the leap of faith  to support my vision of having a house completed on time and within budget.

 

Mrs. Susan Clarke’s expertise in managing the process shone throughout. She epitomizes excellence. Her great attention to detail from document preparation to advice on style of various requirements for the house was brilliant. It was truly amazing to watch her coordinate and manage the team members, and the various works and services to ensure a timely handover of the house. Susan is candid and extremely responsive to all queries. She provided great feedback on my choice of accessories and clearly explained all details regarding the construction. She showed great care and I truly enjoyed working with Susan.

 

It is said that a house is constructed, but a home is created. Eric and Susan have come quite close to creating our home.
